

AJITH ABRAHAM, PMHNP-BC
Ajith Abraham, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner based in Durham, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a master’s degree in nursing. Ajith completed a rigorous twelve-month post-graduate residency program at Salem VA Medical Center, focusing on treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and other chronic mental health conditions. With over a decade of nursing experience across various healthcare settings including medical, surgical, geriatric, hospice, and palliative care, Ajith is dedicated to providing compassionate care and building strong relationships with his patients. He is passionate about empowering individuals to actively participate in their treatment plans, with a focus on improving their quality of life. Mr. Abraham specializes in treating patients aged 13-99 and utilizes evidence-based practices to deliver effective ADHD treatment. Anna DePollo, LCSW-A, LCAS, CCS-I
Anna is a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Over the past several years, Anna has worked extensively in substance use and mental health treatment, supporting individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
Anna takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing the deep connection between mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. She believes healing happens through authenticity, self-awareness, and meaningful connection, and she strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and build lasting change.
In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, =Anna is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and incorporates trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of her professional work, Anna enjoys walking her dog around the lake, baking cookies, painting, and paddleboarding with friends and family. She values balance, creativity, and connection, and brings that same grounded and compassionate energy into her therapeutic work.

Marnie Hebert, PMHNP-BC
Marnie Hebert is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. She understands that reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps to take and is committed to creating a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely understood.
Marnie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University before
completing a one-year psychiatric residency at the Durham Veterans Affairs Health Care System in partnership with Duke University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which informs her holistic approach to care by emphasizing that effective treatment goes beyond managing symptoms and involves understanding the whole person. With more than eight years of experience in outpatient mental health, Marnie provides thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She believes the best treatment occurs through collaboration and encourages clients to take an active role in developing a plan that feels both effective and sustainable.
Marnie provides care for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older and treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and women’s mental health concerns.
